Job Title: Office Operations/Accounts Officer
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Directly Reports to: Branch Manager
Summary: Responsible for regularly supporting the Branch Manager; ensures branch operational activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Specific duties & responsibilities
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices for branch and perform various training sessions for same and coordinate with sales associates to maintain all activity
- Prepare daily reports, variations and requisition
- Prepares and send monthly account officers report: financial highlight, sales budget and growth analysis, details of logistics charges, contract review update, and defaulters update
- Attend to customers
- Make request, manages branch finances and provides retirement for the all funds disbursed
- Monitor and document stock movement (return outward/inward), receives stocks from suppliers and prepares reconciliation report and report faulty stocks timely
- Update bin cards, supply book, receipts analysis book and maintains files for all required documents
- Conducts monthly stock count at the branch
- Writes and signs receipts and invoices alongside the manager and ensures that supply is in line with the company policy
- Maintains customers database and works on debtors report with the manager
- Signatory to branch account
- Directly reported to branch manager with doted reporting line to the regional manager

Qualification & Experience
- University degree/ HND in administration or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience
