1. ASSITANT I.T OFFICER

Job Title: ASSITANT I.T OFFICER

Directly Reports to: I.T OFFICER

Summary: Assits the I.T Officer and is responsible for designing, coding and modifying web applications, from layout to function and according to given specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. It also entails the management / maintenance of network devices and workstations.

Specific duties & responsibilities

  • Actively Seek New Programming Knowledge
  • Code and Deploy Applications in a Cross-Platform, Cross-Browser Environment
  • Document Project Build and Maintenance
  • Follow and Implement Industry Accepted Best Practices and Tools
  • Update Current Websites to Meet Modern Web Standards
  • Write and Maintain Web Applications
  • Basic understanding of system maintenance / repairs
  • Basic understanding of computer networking

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Experience Building User Interfaces and Prototypes from Wireframes and Designs
  • Familiar with Development and Debugging Tools for Cross-Browser Issues
  • Solid Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Solid Understanding of HTML5/CSS3, jQuery, and Responsive Design
  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Familiar with Social Media and Third Party APIs
  • Knowledgeable of REST-Based APIs
  • Experienced with development in php (understanding of either codeIgniter or Laravel framework is an added advantage)
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Handle Frequent Feedback

Qualification & Experience

  • University degree/ HND / OND in any science or engineering related courses

2. Operations/Accounts Officers

Job Title: Office Operations/Accounts Officer

Directly Reports to: Branch Manager

Summary: Responsible for regularly supporting the Branch Manager; ensures branch operational activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Specific duties & responsibilities

  • Organizing and allocating funds
  • Proactive and effective communication among work mates and clients
  • Collect, count, and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping and complete banking transactions
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
  • Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services
  • Assist in training of staff
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Process and prepare document
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies
  • Reporting to Branch Manager

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Good relationships and communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Have strong numeric skills

Qualification & Experience

  • University degree/ HND in administration or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience

3. Customer Service Officers

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Directly Reports to: HRM

Summary: Interface with customers maintaining harmonious company, customer relationship and facilitating repeat business.

Specific duties & responsibilities

  • Attend to customer complaints, and periodically do an analysis of complaints per region.
  • Log customer suggestions.
  • Review customer supplies weekly
  • Call or SMS customers appreciating them for their patronage
  • Call customers after supply to confirm their orders.
  • Attend to customer enquiries.
  • Trace defaulting customer payments
  • Call defaulting customers to resume payment
  • Periodically check and call customers due for item collection.
  • Interface with customers through back end on company website
  • Respond to customer emails, and interaction on our facebook page.
  • Update customer database
  • Send regular updates to customers

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in customer care and customer retention
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to relate excellently with people.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any of Social Sciences
  • At least 2 years cognate experience.
